Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase within 90 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.
Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by Semzohc. Exceptions may apply (including Express Delivery and Major Appliance). Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
If you're missing your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system. Receipts for purchases made with a credit or debit card or by check may be located in our system within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that you have read the following before emailing us:
• Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
• All original packaging, poly bags, display boxes and hang tags must be included.
• We are not responsible for the package until it arrives in our warehouse. For this reason, we highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your package and have a tracking number before you ship it back to us.
